30 minute massage session can be either head, face, neck, shoulders and back, or legs and back allowing for the therapist to tailor to the specific needs of each individual.

60 minute massage session allows for the individual to relax with a full body massage.

90 minute massage session allows for the therapist to zone in on those hurts and allow for total relaxation.

My sessions are filled with an accumulation of all of the many continuing education classes I have taken over the last 17 years.  You may find myofascial release, low back and sciatic pain relief, carpal tunnel pain relief, orthopedic massage, deep tissue or many other various modalities rolled into your massage.  I customize each session to the specific needs of my client.

Hot stone massage uses heated stones that are placed on specific chakras while the therapist uses other heated stones to do a full body massage.  This is an excellent way to heat and relax you from the inner core.

Lymphatic Massage – We all have a lymph system much like our digestive system or circulatory system… Our lymphatic system however does not have a pump like our circulatory system.  It works well when we are active.  Everyday activities help us to drain excess lymph from our bodies.  When we become sedentary due to surgery or illness it fails to drain excess fluids from our system and we become bogged down with fluid often becoming puffy.  This is a very light touch massage designed to encourage our bodies to eliminate excess fluid.  It has 60 minutes of hands on therapy and 15 minutes of resting after the treatment.
